Build strength, improve flexibility, and boost your body awareness in this 6-week all-levels Yoga Sculpt series. We'll combine a gentle yoga flow with light hand weights (2–5 lbs) to challenge your strength, condition your core, and get your heart rate up—yes, you will break a sweat! Prefer to skip the weights? No problem. The class can easily be done as a slow-flow yoga practice without them. Bring a yoga mat, a set of light hand weights, and a water bottle to stay hydrated. No experience necessary—just a willingness to move, breathe, and try something new.
