Sourdough Thanksgiving Rolls

Join us for a hands-on introduction to starter care and discard techniques. Participants will shape and build a sourdough Thanksgiving wreath of dinner rolls, while kids create a sweet holiday version. You’ll take home: an active starter to continue baking at home, a packet of dehydrated starter to store or share, and a full recipe packet for holiday baking! Register by Nov 4 at 12 pm. Individuals age 12 and older are eligible to take this class.
