Huskie Sports Performance-Fundamentals
Aaron Schwenzfeier, Strength & Conditioning Coach
Huskie Sports Performance-Fundamentals introduces athletes to developmentally appropriate training with the most up to date training methods for middle school age students. Consistent time and effort spent training in the program will translate into improved performance in any athlete’s respective sport.
Monthly sessions will be held from 7:15-8:00 am in the MSHS Weight Room. (meets 6 times per month, NOT every T/TH)
