Saturday Youth Basketball

Join the fun as we play basketball on Saturday mornings! Saturday, January 22 all students will attend a 1 hour Basketball Clinic. Feb 5-March 5 students will be combined into different teams. Practice will be one hour in length. The first half of the practice, players will warm up and work on basketball skills. During the last portion, the players will have an informal scrimmage. Emphasis will be on team work, learning basketball fundamentals and having fun. Scores will not be kept during the scrimmages. Jerseys are the same as they have been in the past (no need to order a new one if you have one that fits your child). Fee is $51 with new jersey order or $36 without new jersey order. Parent coaches are integral to the success of this program and will receive one FREE registration. Coaches are also asked to attend the Basketball Clinic on Jan 22 to learn age-appropriate skills and drills to focus on throughout the season.
