Soccer Saturdays

Playing soccer is great exercise that improves cardiovascular health, increases coordination, improves strength and enhances flexibility. It is played by 250 million players in over 200 countries, making it the world's most popular sport. These sessions will give players the opportunity to explore the game of soccer and practice the skills necessary to play the game. Boys and girls will practice and play together. Players can sign up for both sessions.Grades 2-6 will work on skills and scrimmages and Grades 7-11 will participate in indoor Co-Ed Indoor Soccer Tournaments.

Tournament Team Format

Format is 5 vs. 5 (4 players + 1 goalie).

At least 2 players on the field must be females.

Team rosters can have up to 8 players.

Players must register individually.

If you have a pre-formed team, email jthelen@district745.org with your preferred roster.

You do not have to have a team to register! If you do not have a pre-formed team, we will form teams and fill in teams to complete rosters.
